What is Address Verifier?
Address Verifier is a Shopify app that validates customer shipping addresses in real time at checkout and again on the post-purchase page. It flags undeliverable addresses, suggests the corrected version for one-click accept, and blocks the ones that can't ship, so you stop losing money to failed deliveries.
When does Address Verifier launch?
We're launching in 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment early access opens. Waitlist members get founder pricing.
Which platforms does it support?
Address Verifier is built for Shopify. It runs at checkout and again on the post-purchase Thank-You page, so it works on every Shopify plan, including stores using express checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
How accurate is the validation?
Address Verifier focuses on the US and Canada. Both are verified down to the delivery point, the exact apartment, suite or unit, against USPS and Canada Post data. International addresses work too (we return a precision level and confidence score, so the app knows when to prompt versus accept silently), but the US and Canada are our launch focus.
What does it cost?
Free to install. Your first 100 orders are free, then it's $0.05 per order, a cent under the category benchmark. You're charged once per order no matter how many times an address is re-checked. A flat $8.99/month rule-blocking plan (no per-order fees) is also planned for smaller stores.
Will it slow down or hurt my conversion?
No. Validation runs in milliseconds, and the app is designed to fail open. If our service is ever unreachable, we never block a sale. The order completes and gets flagged for you to review instead.
Do I need a developer?
No. Install from the Shopify App Store, toggle the rules you want from the dashboard, and you're live. No code and no theme edits.
What happens to my customers' data?
We only process the address fields needed to verify deliverability. We never sell customer data. Full details will be in our privacy policy.
